Michael will bring his exceptional talent and passion to our kitchen, working alongside Grove’s Douglas Balish, to help raise money for this wonderful charity. The menu features iconic dishes from Michael’s acclaimed restaurant, Angel at Hetton, alongside some of Douglas’s favourite dishes from Grove. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy Michael’s exceptional cuisine, crafted with creativity and the finest local ingredients, right here in Pembrokeshire.
Michael’s illustrious career includes earning Michelin stars at every restaurant he’s led over the past two decades, including the Latymer at Pennyhill Park and Gidleigh Park, where he held two Michelin stars. His innovative approach and dedication to culinary excellence have earned him numerous accolades, making him one of the most respected chefs in the industry.
Michael took over Angel at Hetton in 2018, and just a year after opening, he was awarded a Michelin star, cementing his place as one of the most respected and awarded chefs of his era. The restaurant seamlessly combines traditional and contemporary elements, reflecting Michael’s vision and culinary prowess.
Due to the nature of the event, no alternative menus will be offered, and we’ll be unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies.
Tickets are priced at £140 per person, and seating will be on social tables.

Hospitality Action is a charity dedicated to helping those in the hospitality industry who are facing challenging times, providing vital assistance to those who work or have worked in the hospitality industry in the UK, offering support with mental health, financial difficulties, and physical illness.
