We’ve woken up to some very exciting news today. Trip Advisor have released their Travellers’ Choice 2023 “Best of the Best” awards, and we’re thrilled to share that Grove of Narberth are the #1 small hotel in the UK. We’ve always felt that small is beautiful, and so we’re overjoyed that our customers feel the same way.
We’re also listed as #10 small hotel in Europe, and #3 and #19 luxury hotel in the UK and Europe respectively. This wider recognition has totally blown us away, and we’re incredibly proud.
The Grove of Narberth holds a special place in our hearts and we feel humbled that so many of our guests feel as passionately as we do about our hotel. We are so proud of our whole team, and how they champion Pembrokeshire as a destination, and celebrate Wales in all its glory —there’s no higher accolade than our guests recognising this.
The hotel market in both the UK and Europe is enormous, so this really is an incredible achievement for us in this small corner of Wales, and testament to the hard work and dedication of all our wonderful Hotel Manager Karen and Executive Chef Dougie, and their incredible teams. To consistently receive outstanding customer reviews requires genuine and passionate commitment to customer service at every step of the guest experience.
