Summer BBQs in the garden

Our BBQ will be sizzling away on the Artisan Brasserie terrace for you to enjoy this summer, and Executive Chef Douglas Balish and team are excited to bring local lamb and beef, line-caught fish, and homegrown vegetables to the Grove grill, along with plenty of charcoal-smoked sides, for an expertly prepared classic BBQ experience, as part of our new Artisan Brasserie summer menu.

Kitchen Gardens

Our Ingredients

Our menu is inspired by our kitchen gardens and the local suppliers who offer the highest quality of fresh, seasonal ingredients. We grow a huge variety of vegetables, herbs and summer fruits right here in our kitchen gardens, just a stone’s throw from the kitchens.

As all our food is prepared freshly in the hotel, we can cater for most dietary requirements with notice. Please advise us of any dietary requirements and allergies when making your booking.

Group

Fernery Restaurant is nestled inside Grove of Narbeth, and its name is inspired by the wild ferns adorning the local hedgerows, and which underlines our sincere and dedicated commitment to using the best local ingredients available to us.

Experience Douglas Balish’s elegantly crafted and modern tasting menu in our award-winning fine-dining restaurant.
