It brings us great pleasure to announce that Karen Weisheit has been promoted to Hotel Manager at Grove of Narberth.
Karen has been on a real journey with the Seren family of venues, joining just over 5 years ago as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Coast, before taking the position of Reception & Reservations Manager at Grove shortly thereafter. A promotion to House Manager followed in 2018.
During this time Karen has seen massive change at Grove and was a key member of the team that won AA Hotel of the Year in 2019. More recently, she led her team to win Front of House Team of the Year at the Hotel Cateys in 2021. But Karen hasn’t stopped there. Remarkably she also successfully completed her Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 in 2021, whilst volunteering to support those in need as part of Hospitality Action’s Golden Friends programme.
