Coastal foraging

Embark on a hands-on coastal journey with a renowned Pembrokeshire forager. The experience delves into the rich biodiversity of Pembrokeshire’s intertidal zones. Learn to identify and harvest wild seaweeds, herbs, and shellfish along Pembrokeshire’s dramatic shores.

Each 6-7 hour course ends with an open-fire cookout on the beach, where your gathered ingredients are transformed into a wild feast, cooked over a handcrafted Solva Stove —a unique experience that captures the essence of coastal living.

Tide-dependent. Location within 20 minutes of Tenby or Saundersfoot. Please wear waterproof boots and layered clothing; waterproof trousers or waders may be provided.
